Architecture & Approach

The home is composed with deliberate symmetry. Twin garages frame the central structure, guiding the eye toward a balanced façade anchored by a prominent gable and arched window above the entry. The natural stone exterior, steeply pitched rooflines, and restrained detailing lend the residence a timeless presence—established rather than newly built.

A classical portico marks the entrance, supported by refined columns and set along a strong axial approach. The landscape reinforces this order, drawing visitors inward with proportion and quiet confidence.

Interior Architecture & Detail

Inside, the architectural language continues with precision and restraint. Panelled walls, substantial crown moulding, and layered millwork establish rhythm and proportion throughout the main living spaces. A double-height great room is framed by detailed wall panelling and coffered elements, allowing natural light to filter through tall French doors that open to the garden beyond.

Fireplaces are treated as architectural anchors, finished in marble with carefully scaled mantels that feel traditional yet refined. Custom drapery, tailored upholstery, and a soft neutral palette bring warmth to the formality of the structure.

In the dining room, a curved bay of windows creates a gracious gathering space beneath a circular ceiling detail and sculptural chandelier—balancing symmetry with softness. Elsewhere, rich walnut panelling and a coffered ceiling define the study, introducing depth and contrast while maintaining cohesion with the broader architectural vocabulary.
